Azim Khamisa: an astonishing story, and an incredible life of service. Azim is featured on the PBS Documentary, "The Power of Forgiveness", and hailed by The Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh and thousands of children, teachers/leaders worldwide as one of our time's foremost ambassadors of Forgiveness...he co-founded the Tariq Khamisa Foundation to cease violence with the father of his son's killer. Azim's son, Tariq, was murdered by Tony Hicks on January 21, 1995 in an act of gang-related senseless violence.

Instead of hatred and revenge, Azim chose to forgive.

And not only that, he tours internationally with the murderer's grandfather, speaking to and exemplifying The Power of Forgiveness.
