HELP--How to Access Sessions and Recordings

Here’s some useful (we hope!) steps to take every time you are wondering how to access the session/s you are attending, and in finding the replays after you’ve attended.

1. First, always use this Website (“Key Information for Registrants”) as your “hub” for your Monthly Schedules, Recordings, and other important information, PRE and POST EVENT. It has clickable links that lead you right to the access information needed, or to the mp3 or replay sites for each event. We do not want to “over-email” you, so we will not be sending daily updates to you via email. We hope you will surf to this site regularly for your needs. You will receive one update email per week from us. You can always email us if this is confusing--we are here for you!
2. Second, you will see this button on the “Key Information for Registrants” hubsite. Click it to get to your Schedule, Access Info, and Recordings, ALL IN ONE PLACE, and UPDATED REGULARLY. Each applicable event that is recorded will have a replay posted in its subsequent line on the schedule doc, within 24h of the event’s end.
