In this initial session, Dominic explored some of the grounding aspects of developing restorative systems able to effectively hold the practices we develop. And converses around some substantive questions from participants. He also shares about Financial Co-Responsibility as a sister system to Restorative Circles. He shares a powerful anecdote from his morning in Brazil, and his work in listening for what might be working and not working with two new groups he is supporting. From that he investigates the 2 questions he had listened for that day.
