Restorative Justice practices alongside and with courts, LE and schools within the North American/US movement are employing a community-based model called Restorative Community Group Conferencing. This is an intro to that model from Molly Rowan Leach, an RJ professional who has provided state approved trainings and who has directed local community programs responding to harm and crime.
Molly's approach to this model will meet or exceed commonly accepted requirements for an Introductory training, and will add a synthesis of relational and assets-based practices to this model.
